What changes when AI is connected to your systems?
A generic AI assistant only knows what you paste into it. Connected to your systems, it can look up an order status, a customer balance or your current policy and answer with the right number and its source.
The payoff shows up in operations: less copy-and-paste between tools, faster answers for customers and staff, and systems that finally talk to each other.
Which systems can AI connect to?
The ones you already use, as long as there's a secure way in:
- ERP: inventory, orders, invoicing and receivables.
- CRM: accounts, deals, contact history and follow-ups.
- Email, WhatsApp and other messaging: triage, routing and drafted replies.
- Documents: contracts, manuals, SOPs and policies, with the source cited.
- Your own databases and APIs, or third-party ones.
What does this look like day to day?
A few examples of what becomes possible:
- Answering a customer with the real status of their order.
- Reading invoices or requests that arrive by email and queuing them in the ERP for review.
- Prepping an account summary before a meeting, pulling from both CRM and ERP.
- Answering internal questions about procedures, linked to the source document.
- Updating the CRM after a conversation, without anyone re-keying it.
How do you keep it secure and under control?
The AI runs with least-privilege access: it only sees and touches what the task requires. Sensitive actions, like messaging a customer, changing a record or approving a payment, need sign-off from a person, and every action is logged for audit.
The integration runs in your own cloud account, typically AWS, and your data is never used to train third-party models.
How is the connection built?
We use your systems' APIs and, where it fits, open standards like the Model Context Protocol (MCP), which expose each system to the AI with defined permissions. That's an implementation detail: what matters is a connection that is secure, maintainable and easy to audit.
If a system has no API, we look at alternatives such as scheduled exports or a dedicated integration layer.
How do we work?
- 01
Discovery call
A free conversation to find where connected AI saves your team the most work.
- 02
Blueprint
A paid assessment and architecture: systems, permissions, risks and how we'll measure results.
- 03
Build in milestones
We connect one system and one workflow at a time, with tests and acceptance criteria.
- 04
Care
Monitoring, tuning and new connections as usage grows.
FAQ
Do we need to replace our ERP or CRM?
No. We work with the systems you already have. If one can't be connected securely, the Blueprint will say so and lay out the alternatives.
Can the AI get things wrong?
Yes, which is why we design it to answer from your systems' data and cite its source, and to require human approval for sensitive actions. Every action is logged.
Will our data be used to train AI models?
No. The integration runs in your cloud, and we configure the AI services so your data isn't used to train third-party models.
How is this different from an AI agent?
Connecting AI to your systems is the foundation. On top of it you can run assistants that answer questions, automations that move data, or agents that complete entire workflows.
Do you work US hours?
Yes. Our team is in Colombia, which shares working hours with US Eastern and Central time, and we work in English.
